Illumida offers guidance and support in areas such as caregiver assistance, special needs parenting, career guidance, mindfulness, and stress management. Please note that our services are not a substitute for clinical counseling or therapy. We function as a bridge to connect you with appropriate resources, including therapists, educators, and organizations, for further support.

2. User Obligations

By using our website and services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information during the booking process.
• Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials.
• Use our services solely for lawful purposes and not engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our operations.

3. Booking and Payment

• Booking: Consultations must be scheduled in advance through our website and are subject to availability.
• Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your session. We accept payments via [list accepted payment methods].
• Pricing:
  • General Consultation: RM 50 for 30 minutes | RM 90 for 1 hour
  • Students & Retirees: RM 40 for 30 minutes | RM 70 for 1 hour
  • B40 Individuals: RM 10 for 30 minutes | RM 15 for 1 hour
• Refund Policy: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable.
